===2. Asset Description=== 
a different looking and improved howitzer with an moving turret made to replace the existing in my mod.
Made available to public as normal howitzer model is in my opinion not impressive so here's alternate option!

===3. Requirements & Conditions=== 
You need to have Red Alert 2 and/or the Yuri's Revenge expansion installed to use this asset. 

If you choose to use this asset, either as is, or as a base for a modified asset, as part of a public release of a game modification, etc, then you MUST credit both the Author ( Apollo ) and the mod the asset belongs to ( Robot Storm ) in your release's included or online documentation. 

Redistribution is not permitted under any circumstances. 

No limitations are placed on the use of this asset for private use. 

===4. Installation & Usage=== 

RULES.INI/RULESMD.INI modifications: 

Edit existing unit code [HOWI] in rules/rulesmd.ini and change/remove following:

"Image=HWTZ" remove or comment out using ; infront of it.
Adjust "Prerequisite=GAWEAP" to "Prerequisite=NAWEAP,NARADR" since it is soviet vehicle, if want it for Allied/Yuri
colors you can try your luck asking me to do it for you or recolor it yourself ;)
 
and change this "TechLevel=-1" to "TechLevel=5" for as an example to allow you build it.

change "Turret=no" to "Turret=yes" so turret and barrel show up :)

ART.INI/ARTMD.INI modifications: 
Add the [HOWI] section as following: 

[HOWI]   ; Howitzer
Voxel=yes
Remapable=yes
Cameo=HOWIICON 
AltCameo=HOWIUICO
PrimaryFireFLH=200,0,160 
  
FILE INSTALLATION: 
For testing purposes, you can simply place the files "howi.vxl", "howi.hva", "howitur.vxl", and "howitur.hva", 
along with the modified rules and art files, in your /RA2/ directory. Ultimately they should be added to a .MIX file according to the requirements of your mod.
